About Us
Ujvala Consultants Pvt Ltd, the promoters of this venture was founded in 1994 by Na.Vijayashankar, more popularly known as Naavi.
Naavi is a pioneer in Cyber Law in India having started his Cyber Law activities way back in 1998. He was the author of the first book on Cyber Law in India in 1999 and is a noted educationist since then.
Naavi is the founder of www.naavi.org, the premier Cyber Law Portal in India.
Naavi is a registered Trademark that identifies the various Cyber Law initiatives of Vijayashankar.
In 2000, Ujvala Consultants promoted Cyber Law College as a virtual education center and subsequently promoted various services such as www.ceac.in, www.lookalikes.in, www.cyber-notice.com , www.cyberlawcollege.com etc
Naavi has been the person behind all these ventures of Ujvala Consultants Pvt Ltd., pursuing his mission of " Creating a Responsible Cyber Society".
This Arbitration center is an addition to the list of services offered by Ujvala Consultants and to the activities of Naavi.
The IPR for the project is owned by Na.Vijayashankar (Naavi).
It is being re-launched in 2016 as a new Start Up venture in the light of the thrust for Innovative, IPR oriented, Digital Service in India.
This project is intended to be scaled up as a "Made in India for the Global Market" initiative which requires additional Marketing and Technical investments.
Ujvala Consultants Pvt Ltd would be glad to consider business partnerships that can scale up the activities of Arbitration.in to a global level.

Arbitration.in is in the process of forming an "Advisory Committee" of persons who can guide us in taking the project further.
A Governing Council and an Executive Committee will also be formed to assist the CEO. Presently Naavi will function as the CEO.

Administrative Structure
The Advisory Council is sought to be created out of eminent persons being invited for the purpose. Executive Committee will consist of those who will be associated with the implementation of the project as Non-Salaried consultants. The Governing Council is reserved for those who provide financial support to the project.
