Arbitration.in can be used as a Service Portal for Arbitrators/Mediators to enable any existing Arbitrator/Mediator, or  a team of Arbitrators or an Arbitration/Mediation council in India or elsewhere.

The use of such services will be provided only to the registered members. The Objective of this membership is to make every ADR operative today as ODR ready.

There is no commitment fee for such membership nor there is any compulsion on the members to use these services except when they and the parties to the Arbitration are willing to use it voluntarily.

As a Back  Office Management Assistance service, the center would assist its members if required in

1.Making the details of services rendered by the members known to Netizens through this website,

2. Providing services for registration of requests from public for Arbitration/Mediation

3. Providing services for the issue of notices with CEAC certified E Mail notices

4.Conducting the online interaction for Arbitration/Mediation

One or more web pages will be provided for the members to display their Services, Profiles, Rules, Fee Structure etc.

Members may also peruse the details of the User Reward System that provides for benefits for frequent users and those who purchase Pre-paid usage coupons.
