Membership

Arbitration.in offers membership to interested Arbitrators/Mediators who are prepared to use the platform on a regular basis as and when required. Member Arbitrators/Mediators may provide their details of profile and professional fee schedule which can be displayed on the site under the profile of the member. Every member is free to fix his own schedule of fees to his clients.

Groups of Arbitrators or Other recognized Arbitral bodies are welcome to be members of Arbitration.in and offer its use to its members. There is no commitment fee for such membership nor there is any compulsion on the members to use these services except when they and the parties to the Arbitration are willing to use it voluntarily.

Arbitration.in will be able to provide trainings to the members on how to use the services if required.

Arbitration.in is developing a concept of "User Rewards." details of which are provided separately. This enables users to accumulate usage points that can be used as a discount for future use.
